What is your approach?

My approach to therapy is a little like life—it’s not one size fits all. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from various techniques and modalities such as Family Systems, Trauma Focused Mindfulness-Based, Holistic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Just as every individual is unique, I believe therapy should also be unique and tailored to each individual’s needs.

My goal is to help you understand and accept the many multifaceted aspects of yourself and integrate these aspects, forming a cohesive, harmonious sense of self. Our journey together is about developing a profound self-understanding and acceptance, freeing yourself from entrenched patterns, and healing from past experiences. This process leads to outcomes such as heightened self-awareness, self-confidence, reduced stress, and increased capacity to face the world with your whole, authentic self.

I aim to help you transition from a state of reactivity to one of thoughtful, centered decision-making. You’ll learn to foster resilience from your core, create lasting positive changes, and ignite radical self-compassion.

How much does it cost?

The initial 15-minute consultation is free. If we decide to work together thereafter, 55-minute sessions are $165 for individuals and $250 for couples.

You can pay by American Express, Discover, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Venmo, or Visa.

Do you take insurance?

  • Aetna
  • Kaiser Permanente
